This Net ID will be associated with your applicant record. We only need one. Do not create multiple Net IDs.

First-time university, technical, or postgraduate studies
Reside in Lima, Trujillo, Chiclayo, or Piura
Scholarship available only for studying in Peru

Upload in the system the accreditation of at least the equivalent of 5 years of high school (simple certificates for undergraduate application) or academic record of higher education (for postgraduate application).
If you are applying for a master's degree, you must attach the transcript of the 5 years of college completed.
If you are applying to continue your studies, you must attach the academic record of the time you have been studying.

Self-declare in the system the final grade listed on your high school transcript (for undergraduate application) or your college transcript (for graduate application).
If you are applying to continue your undergraduate studies, you have to attach your current grade point average.

All applicants should attach their CV as an opportunity for the selection committee to learn about your educational experiences, work experience and professional skills development.
This applies to undergraduate and postgraduate applicants.

For undergraduate studies, attach a certificate of completion from the “Education for Better Employment” group (maximum 2 years old).
For post-graduate studies, attach any certificate of completion from the self-reliance group (maximum 3 years old).
No other documents or self-reliance group enrollment screenshots will be accepted. This would disqualify the applicant.

The applicant must fill out the invitation form where the name and email address of the referents will be entered, as well as a space where they can send a message of invitation to write the letter to them. The evaluation committee may contact the references.
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 letters of recommendation are required. One letter must be written by your bishop, and the others should come from a professor or employer who can speak to your work ethic and evaluate your potential as a deserving candidate for the scholarship.
For the bishop's letter, the applicant should request a personalized letter.
The referent will receive a link to his personal email to proceed to answer some questions and attach his letter of recommendation for the applicant. The applicant does NOT enter or submit the letter.
Letters of recommendation must be uploaded to the system by the sender or recommender.

Write a carefully developed statement reflecting your academic preparation and goals, as well as how your undergraduate studies fit into those goals.
The statement should be 1 page minimum to 2 pages maximum. (650-750 words), must be attached in the system.
In order for the admissions committee to have the opportunity to get to know you, you must include the following:
Mention about yourself, your family, your relationship with them, and your involvement as a member of the LDS church.
Your preparation and background for the Denis Wright Scholarship What are the reasons you are applying for the scholarship?
Your academic or career goals (both short-term - 3-5 years - and long-term), and the reasons for your career choice (experiences that led you to choose your career).
Your particular academic or professional reasons for applying to the University -of your choice- and the academic or professional contributions you hope to make during your time of study.
Briefly describe a time when a goal was not met, an aspiration was not achieved, or your leadership efforts fell short. What steps did you take to recover from this defeat? What resources did you use? How and why are you different today?
(Optional) How did you strengthen your application if you previously applied for this scholarship and were denied admission (e.g., changes in your professional development, improvement in your academic grades, etc.)?

The candidate will attach a video of no more than 90 seconds, in which he/she will have the opportunity to introduce him/herself. (You could reinforce your personal letter or “Personal Statement”).
This will help the application committee get a sense of the applicant's desire and commitment to the studies.

The applicant must attach a passport-type photo with his/her application. This photo must have been taken within the last 6 months of their application. It must be a clear photo in good condition. An old and unclear picture would automatically disqualify the applicant.

For POSTGRADUATE applicants, in addition to the above items, you must add 2 essays:
The statement should have specific examples and should be 1-2 pages (650-750 words) to be attached in the system.
Essay 1: Have you noticed significant needs in your family, school and/or community? Explain how you have worked to meet those needs).
Essay 2: Secular education is part of our preparation in our mortal existence toward eternal life, do you agree with this statement? Substantiate with specific examples).
