Ronald is a master's student in University Teaching and Educational Management with a solid background in Systems Engineering and a passion for teaching and educational leadership. He is originally from Chimbote, lives with his wife, three children, and mother in his hometown, and currently serves as a Sunday School teacher, missionary preparation teacher, and institute teacher. He has participated in various teacher training programs that have expanded his knowledge in curriculum design and learning assessment. His research focuses on university teaching, with a primary focus on effective pedagogical methodologies and emerging educational technologies.
