Gisela is a master's student in Environmental Management and Sustainability with a solid background in environmental sciences and experience in conservation and sustainable development projects. She is from Lima, the youngest of five siblings, and currently lives with her parents and two older sisters in the Ate Vitarte district. She serves as a seminar supervisor in her neighborhood. She has worked in the area of integrated management systems for various organizations, participated in volunteer programs organized by the Ministry of Environment and the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, and participated in environmental awareness projects in other organizations.
