Paola is a master's student in Management and Human Resources Management with experience in talent management and organizational development. She is from Lima, lives in the San Juan de Lurigancho district with her husband, and is expecting her first baby. She currently serves as the Stake Self-Reliance Specialist. “Receiving the news of the Denise Wright Scholarship has been a door of hope for me to achieve my dream,” she mentioned.
