Juan is a 23-year-old accounting student with a passion for transparency and financial integrity. He is from Lima, the younger of two brothers, and lives with his parents and brother in the Carabayllo district. He currently serves as an advisor for the Young Men’s organization in his neighborhood. “I thank God for giving me the opportunity to know about this scholarship through an unexpected encounter with a brother who is a member of the presidency of my Stake,” he mentioned. He has participated in various courses that have helped him learn about different quality standards that enable companies to position themselves in the national and international markets, improving their competitiveness. Juan is committed to developing important roles in value projects and improvement proposals that generate a positive change in the country.
